Leaving City Soon - Sept 2005

Here I am with a group of all ages of students who are being tought computer, health, and business education by 4 englander from the NewTestament Church of God.We are still living in Accra, but we are traveling to Winneba this week and then we should have a better idea of when we will be moving. Things will start to get busier in the next couple weeks, with school starting at the new facilities. I'm sure we will be driving back and forth between Accra and Winneba often, transporting school items and our personal belongings.

There are several things I am looking forward to in the next several months. I have lots of planning to do concerning a church musicians seminar I want to host in March. Please pray that I will have wisdom in planning and promoting this event! I do want to use my skills in a practical way that will bless musicians here in Ghana, and that will enable them to praise the Lord to the best of their ability. I will also be working with the PATC students in starting a choir, which is a challenging responsibility in trying to incorporate a variety of languages and styles in the one group.

We are also planning a trip to Northern Ghana, that will hopefully take place in January. The northern part of Ghana is primarily Muslim and the tribal culture there is much different than here in Accra. We pray that God will use us during that trip, and that He will open doors for ministry there.
